I started using Pacagen cat food topper with my cat because I have really bad allergies to cats. I also started allergy immunotherapy, so I'm not sure how much of the benefits can be attributed to what, but my symptoms have dramatically improved one way or the other. The only downside is it's tough to use this with an automatic feeder because it means not only do I have to add the topper manually, but I also have to add it before my cat eats all of its food.

This is a good investment if you have bad allergies. I use this topper and purine one allergy food and it does wonders. At most I only get sneezy now or a little congested. But this has really helped me

Our 2 Balinese cats don't give me any allergic reactions, since they're an incredible hypoallergenic breed, but they do cause my 2 year old to have chronic congestion because his little body is more sensitive. This food topper is the only (good) way we can keep our sweet babies! Hopefully, he'll outgrow the problem when he's bigger, but we'll keep using the topper until then! The cats seem to love the taste, which helps a lot. I didn't want to use a competitor's allergen-reducing cat food due to reports of urinary stones.

My son has a moderate/severe allergy to cats. Some cats he tolerates more than others which has always baffled me! So, one day we (because he demanded) adopted a cat using strict caution of his condition. Turned out he was highly reactive to the cat he chose. Even with super HEPA A/C and industrial size air purifier, plus all the other allergy stuff he was prescribed he was constantly sniffling, breath problems, puffy red eyes, minor hives etc. I was DESPERATE to make having his cat work at that point.
