I can't say enough good things about this product and this company's support team.
My first order had a bit of an issue - it was not their fault, but the packet of powder was not fully sealed. It would have been difficult to catch during packaging, but it spilled a lot of the powder when it was jostled around during shipping. I emailed their support team and within 24 hours they responded and reshipped the entire order. Most companies would have only reshipped the powder mix, but they reshipped EVERYTHING.
Now, more recently, I am experiencing financial difficulties and have cancelled all subscriptions. I forgot to cancel my pacagen subscription (the prior order declined, so it was never sent) and when I saw the charge come through, I panicked. I had completely forgotten. I emailed support and they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped, but they cancelled the subscription and refunded me 50% of the order JUST BECAUSE!
This team seriously cares about their customers - AND THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS! My ex is extremely allergic to cats and I have four of my own and bottle feed orphaned kittens as a foster pretty frequently. This product helped with his allergies TREMENDOUSLY.
I highly recommend Pacagen products. If you are on the fence about purchasing, go ahead and try it. It was a game changer for me but if for whatever reason it isn't for you, I am confident this company would go the extra mile to help you.

The spray and the supplement had a noticeable effect on our allergies. I'd say it was about half of living comfortably with a cat, with the other half being consistent brushing of the cat and vacuuming / cleaning of our house.

We ended up giving the cat we were fostering to another family due to a big unrelated life curveball right as we were being billed for our second month.

I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and they were very quick to cancel the 2nd shipment and refund it to my card.

I recommend Pacagen's product and their service.

i've been using pacagen for cat allergies for probably 8-10 years now and it makes a marked difference in my house, and in particular my bedroom where my 3 cats spend much of their time. i spray in the air and on their and my bedding. i highly recommend pacagen for your allergies.

I bought this spray to use when I go to visit family with my cat and there was a notable difference before vs after using this spray! After using it virtually all allergy symptoms disappeared.

My wife has cat allergies even though she's a total cat person and we have 6 cats. The Pacgen spray has been a lifesaver as her breathing at night is noticeably quieter, even with multiple cats sleeping on her. Thank you Pacgen!
