FAQs

Yes, with float's help. Most Pacagen products may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement when used to treat or alleviate a specific medical condition (like allergies). float connects you with a licensed provider who can review your case and, if appropriate, issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) at no cost to you. Once you have an LMN, your purchase can be reimbursed through your FSA/HSA provider. If you'd like, float will complete your reimbursement at no extra cost.

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a signed statement from a healthcare provider confirming that a product is being used to treat or manage a specific health condition. Some HSA/FSA plans require an LMN in order to approve a reimbursement.

You purchase Pacagen products as usual with any payment method.

After checkout, you'll see an option to request a free LMN through float.

Complete a short health questionnaire.

A float provider reviews your submission and, if approved, signs the LMN.

float then files your reimbursement automatically.

float is a platform that helps you unlock tax-free savings on health and wellness purchases. We make it effortless to get reimbursed using your HSA or FSA, even after you've paid out of pocket.

No problem. Just pay as usual (credit card, debit, ApplePay, PayPal, etc.) and float helps you get reimbursed after the fact, directly back to your personal account.

You can still use float. If your account doesn't have enough to cover the full reimbursement, your provider may reimburse a partial amount based on your available balance.

Every dollar you reimburse with pre-tax HSA/FSA funds saves you up to 40%, depending on your income tax bracket. It's one of the most powerful ways to make your health purchases go further.

You can only apply your HSA/FSA funds to Pacagen purchases beginning on or after the date of your Letter of Medical Necessity.

Yes. If you already have an LMN from your provider, you can still submit it to your HSA/FSA administrator yourself. But float makes it easier, our providers review your case and we file the paperwork for you, automatically.
